I went through the library website to use the electronic resources, but when I tried to get the article, I cannot. What do I do?

Answer

The library may not subscribe to that journal or subscribe to all the items in that electronic resource.  You can use the library's e-Journal Locator on the top of the Electronic Resources web page to check if the library subscribes to that e-Journal or you could use the Online Catalog to check if we own the journal in print.  If we do not have the journal you can submit a request using ILLiad to get the article.
