Study rooms are reserved exclusively for student usage during the academic year. WesternU alumni, who have a WesternU ID badge, may use the study rooms on a drop-in basis during June and July when classes are not in session. Keep in mind that:

  • A WesternU ID Badge is needed to access Group Study Rooms
  • A WesternU email username/password is needed to use the online reservation
    system.
  • Please do not leave valuables unattended in the room. The library is not responsible for any
personal property left in the room.
  • Study rooms are not available for staff, faculty, or guest use. Staff or faculty members may book the library conference room through Resource Scheduler for group meetings.

The study rooms may be reserved up to 24 hours in advance for a single study period of four hours by WesternU students. The reservation will be held for 15 minutes, at which time the reservation will be released. Reservations may be made in person, by telephone (909-469-5323), or online using Booked, the Library’s online reservation system at https://booked.westernu.edu/.
