You may use portions of a CD ROM in your LMS for a specified period of time. To remain copyright compliant, you will need to remove it after the course has concluded. Complete the Fair Use Checklist and return it to the library. Once that form has been completed, please contact the WesternU CMS Department to convert the snippet to be used in your LMS.
